Cable damage

Contact your internet provider

If you, as a customer, experience issues with internet, telephony or TV, please contact your own internet provider. They will assist you with connection issues.

If you notice a damaged distribution cabinet or pole, please use the notification form in the ‘Contractor’ tab. Select ‘Distribution Cabinet/Cabinet’ and fill out the form with any information you have. A fault report/service request will then be generated.

If you are having difficulty filling in the form, or you want an update on an error message, please call us on 80 20 10 44. If you are a customer please contact your internet provider.

Please provide information about the damage in question. We recommend that you use a computer and not your mobile phone for this form.

1) Describe as precisely as possible where the damage happened
2) Input the nearest house address, nearest side road or similar
3) Please input the postal code

If we need additional information, we will contact the contact person.
