Keep an eye on your email

When we are ready to connect you to fibre-optic broadband, we will send an email and a text message with a suggestion for when the engineer can come and visit. Of course, you can change the time if it does not suit you.

Be at home when the engineer comes

It is important that you are at home at the time when we agree on the engineer’s visit. Otherwise, our fibre-optic broadband engineer cannot enter your property to install the fibre-optic broadband socket in your wall.

Will I have lightning fast Internet once I get fibre?

With a fibre connection from TDC NET, we give you lightning fast Internet, but you must have a subscription for the actual Internet connection with a provider – we do not offer that. You will find a selection of providers here.
What should I do if I want to cancel my registration for fibre?

You can cancel your registration until the day before we start work. Tell us as soon as possible on 70 10 00 60 if you want to cancel your registration. We are ready to answer the phones Monday to Thursday from 8 to 16, and Friday to 15.30.
How long will it take for my home to have an active fibre connection?

For the fibre connection to your home to be activated you need a subscription for Internet, TV or telephone services from a provider of your chosing. It is the provider who can tell you how long itill take them to activate your fibre connection.
