The diploma is used as documentation of your education and may have an impact in the determination of which collective agreement is applicable.

According to TDC NET's security certifications its mandatory to perform a background check of employees, prior to hiring said employee. We therefore kindly ask you to upload your criminal record. After serving its purpose, the record will be deleted. By uploading, you consent to TDC NET may handle your criminal record, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation act. 6(1)(a) and the Danish Data Protection Act (da. databeskyttelsesloven) section 8(3). The passport serves as proof of citizenship since EU/EEA citizens must have an EU-residence document, which proves that they have the right to live and work in Denmark. Other citizens from a country outside the Nordic region and the EU/EEA must have a valid residence and work permit to be able to live and work in Denmark. Nordic citizens are free to live and work in Denmark.
