Decision maker’s approval
Decision maker’s approval
Before we can connect your home to TDC NET Fibre, we need to have an agreement with the owner, administrator or manager of the property. Otherwise, we won’t be able to connect you.
If you haven’t already given us the decision maker’s contact details in connection with your registration, you can get them to contact us by name, phone and email address via our contact form here. Unfortunately, if we don't get an agreement before the promotion in your area expires, we'll have to cancel your registration. In some cases, the agreement will already be in place. In such case, you’ll be notified by email.

We’re going to visit the property
We’re going to visit the property
Our fibre technician will pay a visit to see where and how we can best install fibre in the property. We’ll arrange the visit directly with the decision maker, so you don't have to be home.

We’re bringing fibre to your property
By agreement with your property’s decision maker, we’ll install a fibre box in the basement or in the attic and connect the property to the fibre network out in the road. Of course, we’ll come back to re-establish everything at a later time.
We visit you
We visit you
When we’re ready to set up the fibre installation in your home, we’ll contact you by text message and email to inform you of when we’ll be visiting. Our technician will lead a fibre cable into your flat and finish this with a fibre connector.
Please make sure that our technician can get access, so that we can do the work without obstacles. It's important that you or another adult is home when we get there – so please let us know if the time doesn't suit you. Your booking will show how you can change the time for the visit.
At a later date we’ll come back and connect your fibre connector to the fibre network in the property. You don’t need to be home.
Your physical fibre installation is complete
Your physical fibre installation is complete
We will write to you when your physical fibre connection is completed. You can expect this to take four to six months, from the start of the work until you can start using your fibre connection.
To start using fibre, you must have a subscription with a provider, and you are free to choose the provider you prefer.
Once you have ordered a subscription, the provider will make sure that a fibre connector is established in your home, as this is necessary for the fibre to work.
We complete the work
We complete the work
Once we have completed the physical fiber installation at your address, we will connect the fiber to our exchanges and start re-establishing the area.
We lay new asphalt as the very end, so we avoid breaking it up several times. Eventually, all our equipment and our machines are removed.
We will let you know, when you can start using your fibre connection.
